1. General
PrntPlus.in provides custom printing services for individuals and businesses. By using our services, you acknowledge that all products are made to order based on the details provided by you.
2. Product Customization
Since most of our products are customized as per your specifications (design, content, size, color, etc.), please review your design carefully before confirming the order. PrntPlus.in is not responsible for errors in the artwork, spelling, or content provided by the customer.
3. Payments
All payments must be completed online at the time of order placement. Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.
4. Proofs and Approval
If you request a proof, it will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp for approval. Production begins only after your confirmation. Once approved, changes cannot be made.
5. Cancellation
Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled as they are printed specifically for you. However, in special cases, please contact our support team to check feasibility before printing begins.
6. Liability
PrntPlus.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, printing errors due to customer inputs, or delivery delays caused by third-party logistics.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials on PrntPlus.in are the property of PrntPlus and may not be copied or used without written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
