1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after receiving payment and artwork approval. Typical processing times are:

Standard Printing: 3–5 business days

Customized Bulk Orders: 7–10 business days
(Processing time may vary depending on the product type and quantity.)
2. Shipping Time
Once dispatched, deliveries usually take:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Most of the products will be delivered in 7 days.
Delays due to courier partners, weather, or public holidays are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.
4. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
5. Damage During Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. PrntPlus.in will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
